Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their 2026 market potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for tech integration across all business units
- Lead cross-functional innovation teams to prototype and validate future solutions
- Present tech forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify disruptive startups
- Establish KPIs for measuring tech adoption ROI
- Represent the company at global tech summits and conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech-driven initiatives
- Expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and future forecasting
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies preferred
