Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology impact assessments across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Produce annual 'Future Horizons' strategic reports with scenario planning for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 market opportunities
- Curate and analyze global trend data from 500+ industry sources using proprietary foresight frameworks
- Present strategic briefings to executive boards and investor groups on future market trajectories
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for emerging technology validation
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodology and strategic foresight tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of producing actionable future intelligence for C-level decision-making
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep technical understanding of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation (white papers, industry journals)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP, WFS) strongly preferred
