Responsibilities

- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for future technology incubation
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify acquisition targets
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals
- Experience scaling global R&D teams across 3+ continents
