Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) for strategic application
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Maintain technology foresight through continuous market analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
