Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technology trends (2026+) through market analysis and stakeholder interviews
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across business units
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and external investors
- Build and maintain relationships with tech startups, research labs, and thought leaders
- Quantify potential ROI and risk mitigation strategies for emerging tech investments
- Drive internal education programs on future technology implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record identifying and scaling emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least 3 future tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience developing 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Strong data analysis and scenario planning capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
