- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Architect adaptive roadmaps for AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human augmentation frameworks
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and integrate emerging startups into our ecosystem
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 90%+ accuracy (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and nanotech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP) or equivalent credential
