Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for strategic integration
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor global tech disruptions and competitive landscapes to anticipate industry shifts
- Manage vendor relationships and academic partnerships for R&D collaboration

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
