Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry disruption trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, biotech integration, AR/VR ecosystems)
- Analyze global tech ecosystems to identify investment opportunities and partnership synergies
- Author white papers and thought leadership on emerging technologies for C-suite stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable tech and ethical AI frameworks
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate lab-to-market cycles for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with 5+ years in emerging technologies or futurism
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized AI, or neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of launching tech products with global impact ($50M+ revenue)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology landscape and regulatory implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, MIT Horizon Scanning)
