Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology strategies aligned with InnovateCorp's 2026 vision
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting future landscapes
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies to market
- Expertise in at least three future tech domains: AI, quantum, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience with Fortune 500 technology roadmapping
- Published thought leadership in future tech publications
