Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and emerging technology assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for experimental projects
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Drive sustainability initiatives in product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching scalable tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
