Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead scenario planning workshops identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing products and services
- Analyze global tech trends (quantum, bio-digital interfaces, climate tech) for competitive advantage
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation pipeline
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or innovation frameworks
