- Lead technology horizon scanning and competitive analysis for 2026+ market trends
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Develop patent-pending solutions in sustainable computing and decentralized systems
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets for future technology incubation
- Partner with academic institutions for cutting-edge research integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies to commercial viability
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or blockchain infrastructure
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams
