Responsibilities
- Scout, analyze, and assess emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) for strategic integration
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and scale innovative solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Build and nurture partnerships with tech pioneers and research institutions
- Monitor global tech trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing disruptive technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CTO, CISSP, or specialized tech credentials)
