Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and scale innovative solutions
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive adoption of future-ready tools and methodologies across the organization
- Mentor teams in emerging tech literacy and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies or products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitive analysis
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and budgets over $5M
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS AI/ML, Google Cloud) preferred
