Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) and commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic technology narratives to C-suite and key stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and startups in emerging tech
- Define KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience with futures methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
