Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in AI/ML adoption, quantum computing integration, and climate tech innovation
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technologies
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Build and lead a team of 8-12 technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Technology
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Strategy (e.g., CTS, CFTe)
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional tech transformation projects
- Portfolio of published research or patents in emerging technologies
