Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting and scaling innovative solutions
- Present strategic insights and technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for R&D collaboration
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, workshops, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, blockchain)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., TOGAF, CSTM) or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar innovation budgets
