Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology adoption roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technology applications
- Conduct competitive analysis of next-gen tech investments and partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage vendor relationships with quantum computing and AI research institutions
- Drive innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Author annual technology foresight reports for stakeholder alignment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business value
- Experience building cross-functional innovation teams
- Track record of successful technology commercialization
- Excellent presentation skills for executive audiences
