- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, bio-convergence) and assess commercial viability
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough innovation areas
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Experience leading global technology ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in future technologies
