- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future technology use cases
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology implementation and risk mitigation
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for collaborative innovation
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record of executing futuristic technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Strong ethical compass for responsible technology development
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
