Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps and technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative R&D

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
