Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.) for commercialization
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on innovation roadmaps
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform technology investment decisions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative R&D
- Monitor global tech policy/regulatory shifts and adapt strategy accordingly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech focus
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
