Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures that integrate seamlessly with quantum processing units (QPUs).
- Lead research initiatives to develop hybrid algorithms that leverage both classical and quantum machine learning models.
- Oversee the technical roadmap for the 2026 product release cycle, ensuring feasibility and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and security experts to deploy high-impact solutions.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct technical architecture reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
- Optimize data pipelines for high-performance computing environments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or Pennylane).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
