Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.) with 2026 market viability potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption across company initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Identify partnership opportunities with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes affecting future innovation
- Create intellectual property strategies for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI, blockchain, quantum computing, biotech, or AR/VR
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation (papers, patents, or keynotes)
