Responsibilities
- Architecting the Future: Design high-level system architectures for AI solutions that align with the 2026 technology roadmap.
- AI Model Development: Lead the design and implementation of advanced Machine Learning models and Neural Networks.
- Technical Strategy: Define and oversee the technical vision, ensuring all projects meet architectural standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of data scientists and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of training pipelines and inference engines for real-time performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related engineering field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML system architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Scalability: Strong experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technical projects.
