Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and market shifts to inform strategic planning for 2026+ initiatives
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research in emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-level executives and stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to ensure technical feasibility of proposed innovations
- Monitor global tech policy developments and their potential impact on business strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.)
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Track record of launching successful tech innovation initiatives
