Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market readiness by 2026
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate technological innovation into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities in emerging tech sectors
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to accelerate technology adoption across the organization
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario planning models
- Manage a portfolio of pilot projects testing next-generation technologies for scalability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of global tech trends and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026 projections
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in technology management or strategic innovation (e.g., CTO, CDIO) highly desirable
