- Author white papers and thought leadership on AI ethics and societal impact frameworks
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to solve complex optimization problems
- Design adaptive neural architectures for dynamic environment learning
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused ML methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Machine Learning, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production AI systems with measurable business impact
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in federated learning, explainable AI, and human-AI interaction models
