Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems) and their market viability by 2026
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Partner with venture capital firms to scout and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on innovation
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- 7+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Expertise in at least three frontier technologies (AI/ML, Web3, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with >$10M revenue impact
- Certifications in Futures Thinking, Scrum Master, or Technology Strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
