Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of proprietary AI models and infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and executive teams to align on strategic vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) and integrate viable solutions into our ecosystem.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with global data regulations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
