- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze global trends, competitor activities, and disruptive forces.
- Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster a culture of innovation.
- Author thought leadership content and reports on future trends and strategic implications.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Technology Forecasting, or similar).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or futurism roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with a passion for understanding complex systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate future scenarios persuasively.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapting to changing priorities.
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Blockchain, etc.) and their potential impact.
