Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, generative AI, neuro interfaces) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market disruption
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our Innovation Labs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for early-stage technology adoption
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on compliance strategies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., from WFS or Foresight Institute) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals or conferences
