- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for 2026 tech adoption
- Present breakthrough frameworks at Davos, CES, and UN Technology Summits
- Drive patent portfolios targeting 50+ novel innovations in quantum-resistant cryptography
- Forecast societal impacts of emerging technologies through predictive modeling frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on exponential technologies (2019-2023)
- Proven track record delivering multi-billion dollar tech transformations for hyperscalers
- Expertise in quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Top-secret clearance or equivalent government tech advisory experience
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused technology implementations
