- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify future market opportunities and competitive threats
- Present technology insights to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting future implementation
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and technology incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum systems, generative AI, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 5+ year implementation horizons
