- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical feasibility with market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-backed forecasts
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation decisions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (quantum/AI/AR preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology lifecycle management
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech investment analysis
