Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology strategy roadmap for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven predictive analytics platforms
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, neurotech) for commercialization
- Drive innovation through patent development and open-source contributions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders at global tech forums
- Mentor junior innovators and establish internal innovation frameworks
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products valued at $100M+
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Strong network with VCs and academic research institutions
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 200+ technical professionals
