Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Expertise in futures methodology and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for disruptive tech
- Strong data visualization and executive presentation skills
