Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 SEO Vision: Create a comprehensive, forward-thinking SEO strategy that anticipates changes in Google's algorithm and the rise of AI-driven search agents.
- AI & LLM Optimization: Develop proprietary frameworks for optimizing content to rank within Large Language Model responses (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) and Google SGE (Search Generative Experience).
- Zero-Click Strategy: Analyze SERP features and design strategies to capture traffic and authority even when users don't click through to the website.
- Technical SEO Leadership: Spearhead complex technical audits, focusing on site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and structured data schema evolution.
- Competitor Intelligence: Monitor emerging trends and competitor movements in the AI search space to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of junior SEO specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in SEO, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR/CSR) best practices.
- AI Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or deep curiosity regarding AI impact on search, including experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing) concepts.
- Data Analysis: Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and SQL or Python for data extraction.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment and pivot strategies based on rapid algorithmic shifts.
