Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.) to assess commercial viability and strategic alignment
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps with clear implementation milestones and ROI projections
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technical insights into business strategies
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate disruptive startups
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor global tech policy trends and regulatory impacts on innovation
- Build relationships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
