Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives bridging theoretical research and commercial applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global tech consortiums
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and open-source contributions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech advisory roles
- Proven track record in scaling technologies from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital for experimental projects
