Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3.0) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Present technology vision to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive patent portfolio development and intellectual property strategy
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products in AI, blockchain, or quantum domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Deep expertise in technology adoption lifecycle and disruption theory
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience scaling technology strategy in organizations >1000 employees
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
