- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for technology adoption and societal implications
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-tech literacy and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
