Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with company growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and identify disruptive market opportunities
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech policy trends and assess regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business with 7+ years of strategic planning experience
- Proven track record in implementing disruptive technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong financial acumen with experience in tech ROI assessment
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or similar preferred
- Experience managing geographically dispersed R&D teams
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy publications
