Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026-focused R&D roadmaps for AI-driven automation systems
- Lead quantum computing initiatives targeting 1000-qubit commercial applications
- Develop patent-pending sustainable tech solutions for climate resilience
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor 10+ researchers in cutting-edge methodologies
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and IEEE summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Materials Engineering or equivalent innovation portfolio
- 5+ years leading quantum/AI initiatives with Fortune 500 deployment
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals
- Proven track record of 3+ commercialized breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in neuromorphic computing and synthetic biology convergence
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- US security clearance (or ability to obtain)
