- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and secure cross-departmental buy-in
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, blockchain, neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Certifications in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CSTM, CTO) a plus
