Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record in scaling quantum systems beyond 500 qubits
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
