Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with company vision
- Identify emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with R&D and product teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget and vendor ecosystem
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives
