As a key member of our R&D leadership team, you'll collaborate with global experts to identify disruptive trends, assess market readiness, and develop implementation frameworks for next-gen technologies including quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and sustainable AI systems. You'll influence product development cycles and guide organizational adoption of forward-looking technologies.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap through trend analysis and market research
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption across enterprise divisions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future technologies
- Present innovation insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring impact of future-focused initiatives
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Produce thought leadership content on technology evolution
- Manage innovation portfolio with $5M+ annual R&D budget
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in technology evolution
