Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and cryptography
- Lead experiments on superconducting qubit systems to improve coherence times and error correction
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise-scale problems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)

- Expertise in linear algebra, quantum information theory, and computational complexity
