Responsibilities

- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market disruption timelines
- Lead innovation workshops to ideate next-gen products and services
- Analyze competitive tech landscapes and patent landscapes for strategic opportunities
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage vendor partnerships and pilot programs for cutting-edge solutions
- Build a technology foresight framework to predict industry shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching tech-forward initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Professional)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
